Digital downloads are instant. You'll receive high-resolution, print-ready files to download immediately after purchase. You can print them yourself at home, through an online print service, or at a local print shop.

Physical prints are professionally printed by Wayana Studios on gallery-grade paper and shipped directly to you. No printing required on your end—just unbox and display.

How do I download my files?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime from your account under 'Orders'. Files are delivered as a ZIP folder containing multiple sizes.

What sizes are included in digital downloads?

Each digital download includes multiple file sizes optimised for common print dimensions, including A4, A3, A2, 50×70cm, and more. All files are high-resolution (300 DPI) and print-ready.

Where should I print my digital files?

You can print at home if you have a quality printer, use an online print service (such as Printful, Photobox, or Snapfish), or visit a local print shop. We recommend professional printing on quality paper for the best results.

How long do physical orders take to produce and ship?

Physical prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location—usually 5–7 business days within the UK, and 10–14 days internationally.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their instant delivery nature and the nature of digital goods.

Physical prints can be returned within 14 days if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How does custom artwork work?

We offer two custom services:

• Custom Light – 1 concept, 1 revision, proof delivered in 48–72 hours
• Custom Signature – 2 concepts, 2 revisions, includes 2 room mockups

What is your timeline for custom artwork?

Custom Light delivers proofs within 48–72 hours after receiving your brief.

Custom Signature takes 5–7 days for initial concepts. Revisions are typically completed within 24–48 hours.

How many revisions are included?

Custom Light includes 1 revision. Custom Signature includes 2 revisions. Additional revisions can be requested for a small fee.

Do you use AI in your artwork?

Yes, we're transparent about our process. Some artworks are created using AI-assisted tools and then refined by Wayana Studios for print-ready quality, colour accuracy, and composition. Every piece is reviewed, enhanced, and prepared to meet our gallery-grade standards before it reaches you.

What does 'print-ready quality' mean?

Every file is checked and prepared for print-ready clarity. This means high resolution (300 DPI), accurate colour profiles, proper sizing, and optimised formatting to ensure your artwork looks stunning when printed.

Can I use digital downloads for commercial purposes?

Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. This includes printing for your home, office, or as a gift. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is not permitted. If you need a commercial licence, please contact us.

Do you offer framing?

Not currently, but we're working on it! For now, physical prints are delivered unframed. We recommend sourcing frames locally or online to match your space perfectly.
