Digital downloads
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. If there is an issue with your files, contact us at support@wayanastudios.com and we will help.

Physical prints (made to order)
Physical prints are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
